Laura Korman Laura Korman , daughter of late actor and comedian, Harvey Korman, is a current Film Critic and News Editor for the Cinema Without Borders writer's team. A recent graduate of New York University, she received a dual Master of Arts degree in Childhood Education and Special Education. Laura currently wishes to combine her interests of education and art by returning to her artistic roots and pursuing a career in animation. She is presently taking animation courses at The Art Institute of California - Los Angeles and performing administrative and marketing duties at an art gallery in Santa Monica, California. She is a fine artist classically trained in drawing, painting, and sculpture. In addition to her interests in animation and the fine arts, Laura was also exposed to the movie and television industry at a very young age, due to the success of her father's profession. she is motivated to explore different avenues of independent and international filmmaking. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
