Mr. Antonio Gellini, founder and President of the World Film Institute, Founder and Owner of “The Olympia Awards,” and “The Family Film Awards,” has joined the honoree advisory board of Cinema Without Borders .  Mr. Gellini (an Iranian/American also known as Behrooz Jalili) who is a seasoned actor, director, and producer, will help Cinema Without Borders to get recognition within entertainment business circle in US.

Mr. Antonio Gellini told Cinema Without Borders that “I love helping Cinema Without Borders to find the place it deserves in the international film community as I, myself have always tried to bridge over the borders that divides mankind, and interesting enough your organization offers an award called Bridging The Borders Award”

Talking about the new addition to the Cinema Without Borders Honoree Advisory Board, Bijan Tehrani Founder and Editor in Chief of CWB said: “presence of Mr. Antonio Gellini in our Honoree Advisory Board, is the best gift we could have received for CWB’s 10th anniversary. Mr. Gellini’s great reputation in the film industry and his knowledge of the world cinema will help us to get closer to our goal in promoting international cinema”

Luz Aguado was born in Guanajuato, Mexico and grew up in East Los Angeles. She is the oldest of four siblings. Prior to attending The Art Institute, Luz was a student at the University of California Riverside where she studied biology and aspired to become a medical doctor. Now she studies Media Arts and Animation at The Art Institute of Los Angeles and hopes of one day having the opportunity to work for Disney Animation Studios. Three dimensional animation and the innovative techniques that have given animation a more realistic appearance is something that she wishes to focus on while at The Art Institute.
