Burbank, CA, December 30, 2016 Cinema Without Borders, an independent publication dedicated to Independent and International Cinema, has declared the SLING TV as the winner of its Seal of Excellence Award for its superiority in streaming on-line television.

The 2016 iteration of the prestigious Seal of Excellence Award—received in the past by HP Workstations, the Palm Springs International Short-Fest Film Festival, Adobe, and Mitsubishi—is bestowed upon the SLING TV for excellence in the field of streaming live and on-demand television programing to serve both professional filmmakers and film fans. We also made this decision based on SLING TV’s extensive available international cinema resources and possibility of recording contents on its excellent cloud based DVR. Therefore, our editors unanimously voted for SLING TV to receive 2016 Cinema Without Borders’ Seal of Excellence Award.
