War always carries with it the scent of dust and blood. The sound of sirens, cracked walls, anxious mothers’ eyes, and children’s unfinished games—these are the images war etches into the canvas of time. Yet amid this devastation, there is something even bombs cannot silence: the flame of love for life, which cinema has always told stories of and paid tribute to.
Cinema is the voice of truth—louder than the roar of bombs. Art is the voice of those whom no media will ever amplify. Even under the rubble, we still search for life. Amid smoke and fire, we still search for light. With every collapse, we craft a new story of rising again.
War may destroy buildings, but it cannot shatter our dreams. It cannot extinguish the bright spark in the eyes of a young filmmaker. It cannot stop the hand of a writer who dares to portray the truth.
